Plant Manager

Responsible for the overall management, direction, planning and coordination of plant operations. Ensures company objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality, safety and customer requirements. Leads, directs, and delegates to key managers in Production, Materials, Manufacturing, Quality, Accounting and Human Resources. Strategic planning for the facility including flexing all expenditures as business increases or decreases Annual/monthly planning for the facility -Including developing the Plant AOP with the Plant Controller as well as weekly financialforecasting to Upper Management Drive Plant TMS (Tenneco Manufacturing System) strategy throughout the organization Facilitate and complete staff level goals and objectives tied to plant performance goals. Also, cascade plant objectives through the salaried personnel Communicate all pertinent information to the entire plant during monthly EE meetings, EE round table, etc. Interface/planning with Customers/Engr/Sales Tracking/Reviewing/Corrective Action to Operating Plan Performance Support and drive new product launch through the NPIS system Capital planning Safety reviews/environmental Corporate performance/strategic reviews Maintain an organizational structure with defined responsibilities and lines of authority for the quality management system and environmental management system. Identify the management representative responsible for: Ensuring that a quality system is established, implemented, and maintained and for reporting on the performance of the quality management system. Ensuring that an environmental management system is established, implemented, and maintained and for reporting on the performance of the environmental management system. Identify the personnel responsible for quality and environmental functions as well as responsibilities and authority of all personnel affecting product quality and the environment. Initiates and verifies the implementation of management solutions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity relating to product, process, quality management system, and environmental management system. Have overall authority and responsibility to ensure the implementation of corrective actions and solutions. Have overall authority and responsibility to ensure the assignment of capable personnel for managing, performing, and verifying work activities; including internal quality and environmental audits. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
